Seder Meal with Communion - St James

This is an oportunity to imerse ourselves in the historical setting of the Last Supper.
We use a formate that follows a Jewish Seder Meal. We also pause to wash the feet of those present to following John’s Gospel chapter 13.

As we come to the third cup of wine our liturgy follows the synoptic Gospels (Matthew, Mark and Luke). We have Communion together.

Finally we move out into the garden where we read Psalm 22. At the conclusion we leave in silence remembering the disciples of Jesus fleeing when Jesus was arrested.
