ST GEORGE'S CHURCH
(Birkdale)
St. George’s corner of Victor St and Thorne Road, Birkdale.
Wheelchair accessible. Sunday services are followed by a time of fellowship over tea or coffee.
Sunday service 7.15am Traditional
Holy Communion is celebrated each Sunday. This is a traditional Anglican service.
Sunday service 9.00am Contemporary/Family
Contemporary/Family in-person service. 4th Sunday of each will be Morning Prayer.
Sunday School 9.00am in-person service
Starting in church at 9.00am and then moving to the back of the church for Sunday school activities.
Wednesday service 8.30am
A short in person mid-week Eucharist.
Friendship service Third Thursday each month 10am
The Friendship service is held for those who may be unable to attend the Sunday services. Transport is available if required. All welcome. For more information, please contact the office.
